I’m wearing my second set of clear aligners now, everything is going well, I forget I have them in they are so discreet, even friends and family have not noticed them!
The first few days having the invisible braces fitted I could feel a slight pressure but no pain, once I took a paracetamol but nothing since. I’m finding taking them out to eat and drink fine too its helping me maintain my oral health as I am brushing at least 3 times a day, every time I have eaten before I replace the aligners!!
I’m so glad I have gone ahead with the treatment I can see and feel the difference already. Can’t wait for my next set of aligners will be almost complete!
In the first of what will be a series of blog posts, Charlotte Sutton talks you through the first stage of her invisible braces treatment.

Clearstep Invisible Braces
Having worked within the dental industry for a number of years, I have always taken care to maintain my oral health. I have had tooth whitening over the years, but have always been conscious of my overlapping central teeth. I also have some overcrowding on my lower teeth.
Up until now I have been reluctant to undergo traditional orthodontic treatment, as I have heard from patients over the years the pros and cons and felt that considering the level of overcrowding I have the benefits would not out way the cost and time I would need to change my smile.
Clearstep Invisible Aligners have given me a cheaper alternative, without having to have a fixed brace. I can take them out whenever I need to, too eat etc, and they are virtually invisible! I have had my impressions taken should be having my clear aligners fitted within the next week. Subscribe to the blog to keep up with my treatment.
